Flowers are a good way to go for that last minute and universal gift. I had to get something for a coworker that I really didn't know to well but well enough to know that a gift certificate would have been tacky. So one day I passed by Jane Packer of London ( a great florist boutique) on E. 59th st and was surprised that her stunning arrangements were in my budget. The store is sleek and the staff is helpful with putting unique and vibrant arrangements together(starting at $40).
